In order to make the event more enjoyable; our staff needs time for facility preparation and setup. To avoid any inconvenience to the group, please inform everyone who is involved with your event of the actual start time and are not surprised of any changes.

Catering
All catered events at the Lodges must be catered by University Catering or by a registered off-campus caterer. Catering time must be scheduled for their setup, takedown, and cleanup with CEVS. Room capacity, fire, safety, and alcoholic beverage regulations will be monitored by the PFM on duty. Any material that is brought into the facilities must be removed when you leave. Lodges will not be responsible for any lost or stolen material during the event or for supervising all guests and adhering to campus rules and regulations.
