Mission Statement 2002
The mission of the Memorial Union Lodges is
to provide exceptional service to guests, to the University of California
at Davis, and to the surrounding Davis community. We strive to create a
clean, safe, and friendly environment that ensures customer satisfaction.
Memorial Union Lodges Team Purpose
Our team embraces the idea that each member
can develop his or her own management style through self-confidence and
the incorporation of formal education with practical experience. Our student
staff is a reflection of the diversity and strengths that represents the
University. Opportunities provided for student staff encourage personal
growth and improvement. We believe, in order to maintain an efficient and
effective unit, it is essential to be a united team, aiming for continuous
success. Our team strives to be knowledgeable and ready to respond to any
questions that our guest may have, or situations that may arise. We, the
Memorial Union Lodges team, strive to redefine excellence, that we apply
to our work ethics.
